Key Account Manager London £37,500 plus Travelcard
Our client is a provider of office cleaning and support services and is based in London. They are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to help further their success.
The Key Account Manager must successfully manage the delivery of services across a designated portfolio of customer sites. This is achieved by building close working relationships with clients, employees and suppliers, and through diligent, disciplined and responsive management. Some of the tasks involved in carrying out this role include: *Regular site visits to inspect standards and build client relationships *Client communications (email, phone and in person) *Completion and presentation of written client reports *Management of service issues *The introduction of additional services & supplies (commission available) *Recruitment, training and management of site teams *Management of stores and uniform orders *Management of equipment repair & PAT requests *Scheduling and management of periodic tasks *Input/correction of electronic site timesheets
