Global Account Manager
Oldbury, West Midlands - mainly office based with 25% travel
£30,000 p.a to £38,000 p.a plus 15% bonus, pension, Medical, 23 days holidays
My client is a global organisation specialising in providing certification and accreditation services. We are looking for an experienced International Account Manager with project management and contract management experience to provide support to global clients.
This exciting role will involve the management of global key accounts to ensure all contracts are delivered and completed, whilst acting as the main point of contact for global clients. It will carry a large element of customer care liaising with your client, global offices and local audit teams to meet the delivery timeframes whilst resolving any issues arising. You will develop your key accounts, working with sales teams to grow existing contracts. At times you will be attending meetings and providing contractual documentation, organisation of client training, producing reports and all post contract requirements & documentation.
