Graduate job paying 20k + commission (32k OTE)
How you expect to spend your day:
Candidates joining Propel at an entry level will support the team of consultants in resourcing for candidates for the wide range of client assignments they will be working on at any given time. This will involve targeting, qualifying, setting up, and most importantly attending meetings with candidates, as well as keeping a finger on the pulse of who is hiring. Within 6 months, they look to promote junior consultants to consultants with responsibility for their own client engagements.
