The Role of the EMEA International Sales Manager - Agriculture:

Based from home, you will be working the EMEA market remotely (until time allows for safe global travel). Managing an established account base, you will support and develop international based sales agents and distributors to drive their regional sales/growth plans. Your product/market knowledge aided by detailed presentations; demonstrations & training will upskill your distribution partners.

The Candidate for the EMEA International Sales Manager - Agriculture:

You will have previous experience of selling/managing a global account portfolio of sales agents & distributors and also end users. The successful candidate will have a strong technical understanding, great presentation and interpersonal skills. Your ability to manage a wide variety of customers whilst providing ongoing technical support is essential.

  • International/Export sales experience of a technical product is essential
  • Knowledge of agricultural practices
  • You must have a BSc. in an engineering discipline, ideally agriculture related
  • Experience of managing existing and developing new distribution and channel partners
  • Experience of selling to end users across a broad range of market sectors
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills
  • Technically competent, organised & self-managing
  • Flexibility & open to global travel (approx. 20 weeks per year) when the situation allows

The Package for the EMEA International Sales Manager - Agriculture:

·Up to £80,000 basic salary

·Up to 45% bonus, company car, pension & private health insurance

·25 days holiday plus stats
