If you’re interested in joining a rapidly growing sales team that is working to build a unique, world-class advertising experience with a relentless focus on the customer, you’ve come to the right place. As a Senior Sales Manager on the Amazon Adapt team, you will report to the U.S.-based Amazon Adapt Global Sales Lead to manage a team of 8 Sales Managers across the EU to cover key strategic accounts during business gaps created by full-time employee leaves (parental, medical, etc.). You will work with country leaders to identify gaps and place team members to cover and sell digital advertising solutions to clients and their ad agencies to successfully drive against revenue targets. You will partner with the permanent management and operations teams to structure account coverage for success and apply best practices to each new account assignment. Each role rotates across various categories/verticals based on business need. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree
· Strong digital media sales experience (selling to agencies and direct clients)
· Demonstrated ability to deliver results, close sales, and exceed revenue goals
· Programmatic media sales experience
· Strong track record of high-level negotiation abilities
· Strong analytical skills
· Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses
· Strong presentation skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Ability to quickly build strong relationships both internally and externally
