The role:

An exciting position has arisen for an Internal Salesperson within the Aftersales division at BSS for pumps, pressurisation and boosters, located at Bulwell. We are a sales support function offering customers and BSS Branches with aftersales support for commissioning, warranties, Service Contracts.

As part of the technical team you will be responsible for handling service requests for the company’s comprehensive range of products. You will interface across the other technical teams and BSS Branches, with internal and external customers alike, to maximise sales at every opportunity at optimum margins. On a day to day basis you will be handling customer orders and enquiries by phone and email on a frequent basis and be working in a busy sales office environment. Most of our customers are regulars, so you will build up friendly relationships by giving great customer service which will encourage repeat business.

What we are looking for:

Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar service role with great customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of customers, colleagues and suppliers. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised, with good numerical and computer skills. Product knowledge is key to the role but full product training will be provided.
