Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000neg (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission

The role of the Internal Sales Manager – Plastic Plumbing Products will involve:

• Sales Manager position, promoting a distributed range of plastic plumbing building products such as: fitting, valves, waste, drainage and accessories
• Selling into builders merchants, plumbers merchants, buying groups and contractors
• You’ll be tasked with building your own sales team to add to the 2 current sales staff
• Training and development of your new team will be an essential part of the role
• Dealing with an average order sizes ranging from £2,000 - £20,000
• You and your team will be contributing to an annual turnover of circa £4m
• A significant portion of your time will be spent generating new business from dormant accounts as well as cross-selling and up-selling to existing live accounts
• Build and implement new sales strategies in order to increase business growth
• Currently there are circa 600 plumbing & builders merchant accounts nationally

The ideal applicant will be a Internal Sales Manager – Plastic Plumbing Products with:

• Must have proven sales management experience
• Must have experience with successfully coaching and developing a sales team
• Experience with selling to merchants beneficial but not required
• Ability to operate at a senior level with national organisations
• Exceptional organisational & communications skills
• Commercially focused with a desire to grow with a team
• Passion, drive and energy
