Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000neg + bonus

The role of the Internal Sales Manager – HVAC Products will involve:

·         Internal Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of HVAC products such as: fan coils, air ducts, wall mounted ventilation units, air conditioning, controls, values and cooling systems

·         The majority of your time will be spent managing a team of 5,  internal sales co-ordinators / internal application engineers and a product manager

·         Managing all aspects of the internal sales function and forecasting pipeline

·         Will be required to support on specifications with M&E consultants and architects and all deal with M&E contractors, building service contractors and main contactors

·         Will be the gatekeeper on all pricing on various different projects

·         Will be expected to manage and support the team with quotations

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Manager – HVAC Products with:

·         Must have a demonstrable track record managing a team

·         Must have strong leadership qualities / experience

·         Must have experience selling a technical related HVAC products such as; air conditioning units, ventilation systems, cooling systems, air handling units, extract fans, ducting, heat recovery units, fans, attenuation units, boilers, valves, controls, piping systems

·         Ideally have sold to / dealt with M&E consultants & M&E contractors

·         Ideally have contacts on the HVAC / M&E industry

·         Must have strong technical knowledge and capabilities

·         Genuine hunger and desire to achieve

·         Results orientated, energetic

·         A team player who is highly organised
