Internal Sales Executive
Winnersh Triangle, Reading £30,000 OTE (£25,000 basic + Commission) + Benefits

The Internal Sales Executive Role:

Reporting to Special Projects Manager the role will involve:

+ Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails and contacting existing customers about new products and services.
+ Understanding customers need and requirements, as well as answering questions about the products or the company.
+ Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate external Sales Managers for further development and closure.
+ Maintaining a relationship with the internal & external sales team, ensuring order, accuracy and efficiency.
+ Resolving after sales queries.
+ Participate in projects as required.
+ Entering and update customer information in a database.
+ Going the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
+ Assisting external sales management team with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

+ Comfortable with working with data and analytical skills.
+ Able to demonstrate strong customer relationship/negotiation skills.
+ Resilience under pressure.
+ Ability to build and develop long term client relationships.
+ Passionate about delivering a good customer experience/journey.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Patient and friendly personality/team player
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Must be computer literate, understanding of SAP systems or similar
