Internal Sales Executive

You will join them as an Internal Sales Executive in their Maidenhead HQ.

Internal Sales Executive Responsibilities:

As part of a lively office-based team, the Internal Sales Executive plays a key role in delivering a first-class customer service experience. Operating in a demanding and fast-paced environment, Internal Sales Executives are expected to quickly develop strong relationships with customers. Central to the role is a requirement to promote new products and to promptly prepare quotes, proactively convert orders over the telephone and by email, but additionally they will need to deal with any customer issues or returns, communicating effectively to minimize the impact to the company.

Internal Sales Executive Requirements:

Extensive product training is provided, but successful candidates are expected to be pro-active in their learning, quick to pick things up, and logical and meticulous in their approach. You will have a keen passion for customer service, good commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Good communication skills (written and spoken English), a professional telephone manner, and a high level of numeracy are also essential.

If you can deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office environment, handle a high volume of enquiries with absolute precision, and proactively convert quotes into orders over the phone, then this could be for you.

Previous experience in fast paced customer services or internal sales environment is essential
