Would you like to be part of a busy, fast paced team where everyone mucks in and has fun along the way? Are you someone with excellent customer service experience, who is very organised and is ready to learn new skills?

This could be the job for you…..

The role:

Working within the Key Accounts Office (London & South East Region) you will join a current team of 6 who have a wealth of knowledge and experience and who will be there to help and support you.

As an Internal Sales Executive you will be dealing directly with key account customers via email and phone using your excellent customer service skills, maximising sales at every opportunity.

Most of our customers are regulars, so you will build up solid relationships which will encourage repeat business. You will communicate with the team and suppliers to ensure a smooth transaction for the customer from start to finish, making sure their order is delivered on time and in full. You will be working in a busy sales office environment, but there is no cold calling involved.

What we are looking for:

Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar phone based sales role with great customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of customers and colleagues. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised, with good numerical and computer skills. Full product training will be provided.
