Internal Sales £25-30K depending on experience – London

The Role

Do you want to join the fastest growing IT training company in the UK? Do you have what it takes to contribute to both the on-going success and the culture of the company? Firebrand Training Limited is looking for someone to join their Sales team and to contribute new ideas, approaches or techniques for sales.

You will have to have a good team spirit and be driven and motivated to achieve the targets set out for you. The overall purpose of the role is to sell Firebrand Training Courses to private individuals, contractors and corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Out-bound sales calls to leads provided via the web or other channels
  • Cold calling potential client accounts
  • Effective development and management of ‘signature’ accounts
  • Keep up-to-date records of sales activity in a Goldmine CRM system
  • Produce accurate forecasts and pipeline information

The Company

Firebrand Training provide accelerated IT certification training.  Specializing in Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, Oracle, (ICS)2, EC Council and APMG among other well-known vendor specific or vendor neutral certifications.  Since starting trading in Summer 2001, the Company is now on an annual revenue run rate of greater than £15M, has taught over 25,000 students.

At Firebrand Training, there is a good team spirit and the group regularly socialise with each other.  A "scoreboard" on the wall shows how each team member is doing, so there is a strong team atmosphere of friendly competition. Our most successful sales people are confident and tenacious without being pushy.

The Person

The key skills and responsibilities of Internal Sales:

  • Successful background of telephone selling IT products or services
  • Demonstrable cold calling and closing skills
  • Motivated and target oriented individual
  • A technical vocabulary of Cisco, Microsoft or Database technologies
