Location: Southampton or surrounding areas

Remuneration: £25,000 - £30,000neg + up to £6,000 bonus

The role of the Internal Sales Engineer – Temperature Control Systems will involve:

• Internal Sales Engineer position selling a manufactured range of temperature controlling systems such as process chillers, adiabatic, dry air coolers & free coolers, cooling towers and temperature control units
• Working closely with the Senior Sales Engineer who will mentor and teach you the sales process with scope to move into hybrid sales role once up and running
• 50:50 split between office and field (initially field visits with be with Senior Sales Engineer)
• Selling into refrigeration contractors, HVAC Engineers, and end users
• The role will entail both business development and account management
• Elements of AutoCAD design work
• Processing design solutions and specifying equipment
• Building working relationships with clients to encourage business
• Upselling and cross selling solutions to existing accounts
• Projects will range in value from £5k to £1m
• Full product training will be provided

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Engineer – Temperature Control Systems with:

• Must have sales or technical experience within the HVAC or Engineering market sector
• Ideally will have Mechanical Engineer degree / qualification
• Ideally will have experience dealing with temperature controlling systems such as process chillers, adiabatic, dry air coolers & free coolers, cooling towers and temperature control units
• Ideally AutoCAD experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Energetic and passionate
• Team player
