What you will do:
Working within our Tyco Park offices, our Internal Sales Consultants work with existing customers and very warm business leads where our experienced engineers have identified a need to repair or enhance existing fire detection and suppression systems including alarms, sprinklers, gas suppression and extinguishers. Our Internal Sales Consultants are responsible for raising quotations using Sales force and managing customers through Service Max to chase quotes, book jobs and liaise with the planning teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a B2B sales career and can lead on to external sales or other office functions. The successful candidate will receive training on fire safety systems.
How you will do it:
Working with qualified leads and existing business customers, our Internal Sales Consultants work as part of a well-established and close-knit team to achieve team targets. Through your knowledge of fire detection and suppression systems you’ll be fully equipped to invite objections and offer complete peace of mind to business customers. You will liaise with both internal and external B2B sales teams as well as service and installation engineers to offer effective solutions and efficient service. You will use Salesforce, Microsoft Office and CRM software.
What we look for:
Our Internal Sales Consultants are pro-active and enthusiastic about their work and the customers they support so it’s essential to have excellent communication skills and be experienced in overcoming objections. This is a sales role so previous experience of achieving sales targets is essential. It’s also important to have strong organisational skills and a solid understanding and experience of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Outlook. Any knowledge of Sales force would be advantageous but is not essential as training can be provided for the right candidate.
