Internal Sales Advisor / Account Manager

You will join us working within a small and dedicated sales team working as an Internal Account Manager you will look after regular and established customers with a real focus on service, being the first and often only port of call for both regular and newer accounts.

Internal Sales Advisor / Account Manager Responsibilities:

- Working as part of a team developing and maintaining strong relationships with established customers.
- Understanding their requirements to effectively sell our client's full range of products and services.
- Processing orders and quotations, negotiating prices and terms where necessary.
- Managing accounts to set budgets, monitor performance and maximise spend potential.

Internal Sales Advisor / Account Manager Requirements:

- Ideally you will have at least a couple of years’ experience in an internal sales / account management role, dealing with sales to other businesses.
- You will of course have an excellent approach to customer service with strong communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise your own workload and a good standard of Maths, English and IT is also necessary.
- If you have experience in a manufacturing or production environment this would be an advantage, however full training will be provided.
