Internal Sales - Aberdeen

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Salesperson to join our Aberdeen branch on a permanent basis.

As an Internal Salesperson, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base by selling our products whilst delivering excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.

Reporting into the branch manager, you will deal with inquiries for products and services, as well as looking to target new business. You will also have responsibility for providing accurate quotes, order management and resolution of queries day to day, whilst continually looking for ways to improve work processes and procedures.

We are looking for someone who thrives on working to strict deadlines and managing multiple tasks whilst building and maintaining quality relationships with team members and key customer contacts.

Ideally from an MRO, engineering or technical internal sales or customer service background you will have demonstrable success in a similar role and be someone who strives to meet and exceed sales and customer service targets. A driving license is also ideal for this role as there may be some visits to customers.
