We are now looking for someone to join our organisation in the role of Internal Customer Support.
In the role you will be responsible for a mixture of sales and purchase order processing, monitoring the sales e-mail inbox and raising quotations. There is an element of web site maintenance, customer KPI reporting and chasing quotes which makes the position both varied and challenging. The role is an important supporting role for our external sales reps and customers alike with an emphasis on support and helping to grow the business through great customer service.
With experience in a similar role and able to work to set deadlines, you will have excellent Excel skills (Spreadsheets - V-look ups and pivot tables), be proactive and flexible to the needs of the business and courteous and professional. Efficient and adaptable with good all-round administrative abilities and communication, you will be confident, thorough and collaborative and have excellent customer service and organisational skills.
