Internal Account Manager – Telecommunications – up to £20k DOE + Mobile Phone

My client is a telecommunications company who are expanding at a rapid pace and almost doubling their turnover. Due to expansion, they are recruiting for an Internal Account Manager who can manage their top 5 clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a well organised, motived individual who has the experience to develop accounts and deliver excellent customer service.

The Role:

  • Maintain the relationships with high revenue accounts
  • Deal with any complaints and resolve any faults
  • Manage the new orders and keep clients updated with new products
  • Manage users within the customer’s helpdesk environment
  • Train customers on how to use portals
  • Add / remove users to our portals
  • Customer reporting
  • Administration to support the team
  • Taking enquiries over the phone

The Candidate:

It is vital you are a strong communicator and have a natural flare for maintaining and developing relationships. You will be willing to learn, have a curious mind set and an interest in technology.
