We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our inside sales team and help drive the business and our growth ambitions.

The Inside Sales Manager will need to be an excellent motivational leader with strong sales background and performance to monitor sales metrics, manage the sales administration process and support their team to overachieve. They will collaborate with various professionals across the business, so it's essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment.

The Inside Sales Manager should be able to build a high-performance sales team to meet and exceed targets as set by the business.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Have worked in telecommunications - ideally within an ISP environment
  • Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager with demonstrable success
  • Set and track sales targets for your team in line with business objectives
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Ensure sales procedures are met
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Call coaching skills
  • Self-motivated and well organised with a strong attention to detail
