The Role: You'll be engaging with new and repeat customers over the phone and via e-mail to identify the needs of the business and recommend the most suitable products. Your ability to build rapport, ask the right questions, and demonstrate the value of a product will be key to your success. You'll be responsible for the ongoing management of each client relationship to retain and grow the business.

For this telesales role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

· Experience in a targeted / KPI driven sales role - essential

· Proven track record of sales success and achievement against target

· Self motivated, hard working, ambitious, confident and sales driven in character

Benefits of this Sales Manager position:

· £20,000 basic salary rising to £25,000 once established

· OTE very realistic £30-40k in first year / 50k+ in year 2 / top achievers are 80k+

· 24 days' holiday allowance + bank holidays
