THE OPPORTUNITY:

Are you an ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) looking for personal growth, the opportunity to make a massive impact on a business and with serious opportunities for meaningful career progression? Your challenge is to grow a pipeline of opportunities with senior decision makers at some of the biggest companies in the world. We want you to help generate multi-million £ deals with the help of the team. You will be our ‘rainmaker’; without you, our growth is stifled. You will research key people in target organisations, research their companies, craft attention grabbing emails and network via social media to earn people’s attention. You will be supported in doing this by some of our best customer facing people. In return, we’ll provide you with the best technology, train you in sales development best practice continually, and offer opportunities to progress.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Inside Sales Exec:

* Research companies, identify decision makers and understand their goals

* Craft persuasive e-mails, and develop sector insights, leading to earned prospects’ attention

* Grow trusted relationships through digital media, telephone outreach and LinkedIn

* Use sales technology and tools to boost productivity

* Uncover and deliver a pipeline of high value opportunities to exceed monthly targets

* Route qualified opportunities to senior sales agents

* Seek out and act on ongoing coaching from the Head of Sales Development
