The primary goal of this role is to achieve monthly targets by booking sales appointments for new suspects.

This will be someone who is driven to go above and beyond to secure those deals by doing what it takes to be successful. You will be proactive and committed to delivering a first-class experience for prospects, therefore strong communication skills (verbal and written) are key to success in this position.

The right candidate will be a determined Inside Sales professional who understands the importance of building a strong pipeline to consistently over-achieve your targets and who can build rapport and nurture relationships.

About You
- Proven BDE excellence with 2-3 years experience
- Resilient, persistent, highly self-motivated & the ability to excel under pressure
- 100% reliable and detail-oriented with a drive to execute flawlessly
- A driven, positive attitude, strong work ethic and high energy individual

Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of monthly new business targets
- Outbound prospecting of new clients by phone
- Contacting prospect database regularly to generate fresh enquiries
- Real-time updating of CRM to manage your personal sales pipeline and opportunity tracking against revenue

Knowledge & Experience
- Experience of selling services into the SME sector is desirable
- CRM system familiarity is essential; experience with Hubspot is strongly desired
- Experience of office applications and LinkedIn/social media systems
- Experience of generating outbound sales opportunities
