Innovation Lab Client Relationship Manager  

Kubrick Group is a Data and AI consultancy firm, enabling global organisations to improve and increase their capabilities in data, advanced analytics and AI. We provide organisations the ability to access the best data talent and give junior professionals an accelerated path to a fulfilling career in data through our unique model. By hiring the smartest professionals, training them for 15 weeks in advanced data and AI skills and then deploying them to client projects, we have disrupted the traditional consulting model, resulting in over 100% annual growth for the last 3 years. 

Beyond our core service Kubrick also offers our customers access to our Innovation Lab, a handpicked team from among our best consultants who deliver specialist data focused projects. The Innovation Lab has grown substantially in the last year and we are now seeking a dedicated client relationship manager to support and develop this growth. We are looking to both expand our customer base and introduce the Innovation Lab offering to more of our existing customers.

Key elements of the role and competencies:

  • Reporting to the Head of Innovation Lab, responsible for prospecting, qualifying and managing a robust sales pipelin
  • Develop a sales strategy to deliver growth to existing and new customer
  • Collaborating with Kubrick’s wider client team to share and develop opportunitie
  • Experience and proven success in consultative solutions sellin
  • Well-developed eye for business and creative sales skills

What are we looking for?

  • We are looking for someone with experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales or account management with a strong network in the FTSE 100/250 and a track record in technology to join the Innovation Lab team.
  • Your role will be to work closely with the Head of the Innovation Lab and take responsibility for driving growth through increased sales and business development activities
  • You will have at least 5 years' experience in B2B client facing roles with an ambition to build a business proposition within a high growth environment
  • You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate our offering, coupled with questioning skills to understand our customer’s needs and challenges. An ability to create digital sales content would be advantageous
  • You will have a demonstrable interest in data and technology and their impact on organisations seeking to optimise for the future.
