In this role, you will be an Industry Strategy and Sales Operations Associate within the EMEA Cloud Strategy Operations (StratOps) team, the business partners to Cloud Sales. As part of Cloud Sales Operations, you will partner with sales leadership to drive some of our most important projects and processes. You will combine excellent communication with analytical skills, helping to generate data-driven insights for our key business partners.

You will leverage your project management skills to run the regular business cadence, ensuring that leadership are kept informed of the key opportunities and challenges facing the organization.

* Run key business planning processes, including goal setting, territory planning, and HC assignment, to ensure the business is setup to be successful.

* Support the preparation of quarterly business reviews, driving quantitative analysis to surface insights and identify opportunities for growth.

* Drive regular governance activity (including sales forecast calls) to ensure leadership are kept informed and well positioned to make appropriate investment decision for the business.

* Lead a range of ad-hoc analyses to drive improvements across the business, conduct in-depth reviews of topics such as business productivity, pipeline generation, and agreement closing.

* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the Google Cloud organization, partnering with Sales, Support, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.
