Inbound Sales Executive, Pet Products, St Albans, £28,000 Basic £45,000 OTE + Pension, benefits and progression opportunities (100% inbound enquiries, no cold calling). This is a terrific position for a sophisticated sales professional with outstanding consultative sales ability. This is an autonomous role where you will manage your own activity levels and targets and therefore requires someone that is self-managing and highly self-motivated.

Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will work alongside the marketing team taking incoming customer leads and handholding the client through the buying process to conversion.

An interest in pets and animals would be of benefit but key importance is your ability to connect and engage with customers.

It is a role that requires high levels of social sophistication and the ability to get on with absolutely everyone at all levels from shop owners to buyers and significant investment groups.

This is a rare opportunity to secure a well-paid sales position, with a niche market leader, that involves absolutely no cold calling.

A generous and completely uncapped commission scheme is attached to the position that is designed to ensure that you earn a minimum of £45k OTE in your first year. This is entirely realistic due to the inbound nature of the enquiries and OTE is the second and subsequent years could be as high as £70K.

Full training and support will be given, and no sector experience is required. Applications are welcomed from anybody with a minimum of 2 years of stable experience within a B2B telesales environment. Of critical importance is your consultative sales approach and high levels of emotional intelligence.
