This British manufacturer of premium end home improvement products is looking for a consummate sales professional that can close incoming leads and inbound sales enquiries. The role is working from the HQ in Luton. All leads are provided to you as the company invest heavily in Search Engine marketing and are marketing masters.
Ideally, with Home Improvement / double glazing / doors / kitchens / conservatories / bathrooms sales experience, you will be enthusiastic, articulate, fantastic on the telephone and engaging. You will be a great personality with a substantial commercial mind and possessing the ability to engage, understand needs and close.
Conversion rates are significantly above industry norms as the products are British designed, British made and very much in fashion. Also, they are installed by their employed staff and offer better guarantees than any competitor. The products are premium end with an associated cost but have features and benefits beyond competitors and are aesthetically beautiful.
* You will have B2C experience within the home improvement industry and be a dynamic and forward-thinking sales professional that maximises every opportunity.
* You will be hugely driven by the opportunity to earn uncapped commission. The year one OTE of £65,000 is completely realistic.
