It’s all about making sure our customer's first experience with us is an excellent one. Most of our customers will have already sourced a quotation from the internet and will be calling to purchase their insurance for the year. It's a sales role with a difference, callers want to buy! Our Inbound Sales Consultants earn an average of £19,400 per year (including incentive and additional benefits) after just a year with us. If you think you can be the best of the best, you will join our top performers, earning in excess of £12,000 incentive per year!
You don’t need any previous sales experience but you will need confidence, a polite telephone manner and willingness to learn. Also, as its sales, a competitive mindset will fit in well. You’ll use basic computer skills and your upbeat personality to manage daily incoming calls. We will teach you all the product knowledge you need to help you excel and continuously support you.
This is a full time position with long term career prospects on offer. We work 40 hours per week which means you accrue one and a half hours “flexi” time each week - this is equivalent to 8 days over the course of the year if you have 100% attendance.
Our team share the weekend shifts, working two Saturdays and one Sunday per month. The department opening hours are:
* Monday – Thursday 8am-10pm
* Friday – 8am-8pm
* Saturday – 9am-6pm
* Sunday – 10am-6pm
Your shifts will operate in-between these working hours.
