What you will do
Based within our vibrant ADT Security Customer Support Centre in Central Manchester, our Sales Advisors deal with pre-qualified customers to assess intruder alarm requirements of properties for new installations, residential moves and additions to existing systems. Working within a team of experts you will be trained to offer the most suitable security solution to ensure your customers have total confidence in an ADT system protecting their home. The customers our sales advisors deal with have made an enquiry or been referred and have been pre-qualified so this is not a cold-calling role. You’ll be closing deals and earning commission whilst taking pride in the solution you’ve provided to your customers.
How you will do it
You will be responsible for speaking to customers that have home security in the forefront of their mind, you will nurture the customer and assess their requirements and be able to offer them the very best solution. While this is a targeted role enabling you to earn attractive commission rates, our sales are ethical and commission is based on number of deals so you’ll never be expected to over-sell.
What we look for
We expect candidates to have either a proven track record in phone-based business to client sales or a strong educational background and ambition to get into sales. You will be an excellent communicator, pro-active in attitude and methodical in you approach. Above all you’ll be ambitious, career-driven and have a desire to capitalise on every opportunity.
