What you will do

Our ADT brand are the market Leader in Intruder alarm and CCTV monitoring systems Based at our Customer Contract Centre in Manchester City Centre, The Inbound Sales Advisor will become an ADT product specialist and will excel in giving sales advice to New and existing customers while the customer is looking to have a new alarm system fitted, or when looking to add additional products and services to their existing package with us This is an Inbound role and you will help customers who have called, emailed and made web enquiries, taking ownership of each sale You will drive the process forward from initial customer enquiry through to engaging with our field engineers and field sales team to progress customer orders and arrange installation

The successful candidate will be a target orientated individual and an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers You will have the ability to maximize new business and extra work enquiries as well as identifying opportunities to cross and upsell our market leading ADT products and services This role would be well suited to somebody in an Outbound/ Cold Calling position looking to move into an Inbound Sales role or a good Customer Service Advisor looking to fore a career in Sales

How you will do it

The Inbound Sales Advisor will be tasked with creating Sales opportunities for our field sales team and targeted on the number of appointments they create each week The Inbound Sales Advisor will be proactive in the management of a portfolio of ADT clients who are existing customers looking to upgrade or customers who are at risk of termination

You will build strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders including Service and Sales Managers

What we look for

Required

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Sales Orientated

· Ability to build strong relationships and influence others

· Self-motivated, enthusiastic and inspirational, able to bring a sense of urgency to situations and demonstrate an active approach

· Experience of having worked successfully in a competitive and fast- paced telesales or Customer Service Team

· Knowledge of call centre operations and systems

· Computer literate

· Fluency in English language (both verbal and written)

Benefits:

· £16,000 Base salary + commission (OTE £28,000)

· 375 hours per week

· 5 Days per week working between 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Saturday and Sunday
