HR Software Platform Sales Manager – London

 

Based Central London

 

£75k basic, £150k OTE + Travel Allowance and stock options 

 

 

We are a rapidly growing HR People Management Platform that help expanding businesses to manage every aspect of their staffing from attracting potential new recruits through to recruitment, retention managing and motivating their staff using various innovative and exciting cloud based data-driven HR tools. We are expanding rapidly and are seeking to recruit a new Internal Sales Manager for our London office. 

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing up to 16 Office based Account Executives. You will be responsible for recruiting, managing, coaching, leading and developing your team of Acquisition sales executives who will be achieving their sales targets through delivering new business sales of our innovative product portfolio. You will manage the day-to-day performance of your team, ensuring all metrics and KPI’s are achieved. Half the team are already in place but the other half need to be recruited ASAP.

 

Preferably educated to degree level, successful applicants will ideally have at least 3 years proven successful sales management experience, preferably within an HR technology sales environment. You will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and have a passion for people and management. You will ideally have experience of working in a high growth business as a very particular set of skills are needed to help drive the growth that we are currently achieving. Self-motivation, a high level of IT literacy, a strong work ethic and excellent sales presentation skills are the other essential requirements.
