Housebuilder Sales Manager – Bathroom Products

Job Title: Housebuilder Development Manager – Bathroom products

Industry Sector: Bathrooms, Bathroom Products, Housebuilders, Regional Developers, Developers, Sanitaryware, Sinks, Taps, Basins, Cabinets, Cupboards, Appliances, Sales Manager, Construction, KBB   

Area to be covered:  North West & Yorkshire

Remuneration: £45,000 + 20%-30% annual bonus

The role of the Housebuilder Sales Manager – Bathroom Products will involve:

·         Field sales position selling a high quality range of bathroom products such as sanitaryware, brassware, shower trays and bathroom furniture

·         100% of your time will be spent selling in to regional housebuilders and regional developers

·         You will be selling to regional housebuilders / developers who have the responsibility of between 1-1000 plots

·         Will inherit circa £600k turnover patch however you core focus will be to generating new business relationships

·         First 6-7 months will be spent generating leads and meeting customers to establish and build relationships

·         Having the flexibility to deal with a variety of order values to sell individual products to small local housebuilders to influence regional housebuilders to generate specifications on larger projects

·         Managing an area covering North West & Yorkshire focusing on Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds

The ideal applicant will be Housebuilder Sales Manager – Bathroom Products with:

·         Must have previous field sales experience selling in to regional housebuilders / regional developers

·         Ideally from a bathroom product background however would consider kitchens / KBB related products

·         A team-ethos, willing to work with the team to reward the company, team-members as well as yourself

·         A self-motivated individual who is hungry to run the patch as their own business but liaise with colleagues for leads and potential growth opportunities

·         Proven experience of business development and relationship building

·         Someone who can influence stakeholders to get sales over the line
