Account Director, SaaS and Associated Consultancy, Change and Risk Management Solutions, £55,000 Basic, £80,000 OTE. This is a new business-oriented role that requires a sophisticated and strategic enterprise-level sales professional that is used to selling at the C-Suite level.

The position is with a rapidly growing change consultancy that has experienced growth during the Covid era as companies look for new ways to ensure a cohesive corporate team culture while employees are increasingly working from home.

This is a consultancy and software sale that tracks change and enables creativity, enhances team working and ensures that broader corporate objectives are achieved. The role is predominantly home-based but working from the London HQ once or twice per week.

The solution is one that every large company needs but requires a C-Suite advocate within the business to help you influence other stakeholders. Some leads are generated for you by marketing and their inbound marketing machine, but you are expected to network within the target accounts to identify key stakeholders, describe how the solutions can solve their problems, provide case studies and 'hold their hand' through the sales process to a full commercial meeting and trial. Trial win rates are almost 100%.

* You must have B2B sales experience selling complex solutions at senior levels in medium and large corporate enterprises.

* You will have a proven track record of sales achievement and a genuine desire to help companies improve their corporate culture.

* You will be highly personable with the ability to forge strong business partnerships at senior levels (clients are typically HR Directors, Senior HR Managers, CHRO, COO and CEOs)
