Holiday Park Selling Park Manager – North Wales

£30,000 Basic OTE £60,000

About the role

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Selling Holiday Home Park Manager to become a key member of the leadership team at a Holiday Park based in North Wales. We would be looking for someone with previous Park Management or Deputy Park Management experience looking to progress within the industry. A background in Holiday Home sales experience and an understanding of the Operations side would be beneficial.

Your role will primarily be Holiday Home Sales, with operational aspect. You will also be able to coach, support and motivate the front-line team to deliver the highest standards to our holiday guests. As well as previous leadership experience in the Holiday Park or Leisure industry, you will be able to demonstrate:

* Effective leadership across all areas of the Holiday Park

* Excellent Customer Service

* Assist with delivering performance targets against budget, stock levels and

cost control whilst ensuring exceptional customer service

* Ensure our guests feel welcome and are presented with a safe, clean and

appealing environment

* Experience within Holiday Home Sales background

This full time permanent role includes working some evenings, weekends and bank holidays and offers an attractive salary and rewards. This role will require the successful candidates to live permanently on site for £150 per month.
