This is a full-time position based in Birmingham, paying £25K

Key responsibilities of the role;

* Managing and developing a busy helpdesk team

* Dealing with escalations and HelpDesk support issues

* Liaising with customers and answering client queries

* Prioritising work flow

* Evaluating performance and producing reports

* Identifying and implementing new strategies to attract new customers

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications;

* Educated to degree level

* 1-2 years call centre experience is desirable

* Quick thinker, confident, proactive and enthusiastic

* High attention to detail, organised and problem-solving

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

* An ability to work in team
