You are friendly and confident in speaking with customers. You’re intrigued in hearing peoples stories and you’re able to listen carefully to a customers request in order to meet their particular needs and exceed their expectations.
What to Expect
We have a large team across many terminals at the airport and more often than not, we find ourselves helping out terminals within the airports for coverage when needed. We all work the same shift pattern of two early shifts, two late shifts and then two days off between the hours of 5am to 10pm. That’s 38 hours a week across 365 days of the week (irrespective of bank holidays). You will get to meet people from all around the world passing through on their travels. Although we are based at the airport, we still provide the same level of exceptional service you would receive at our Knightsbridge store.
What is important?
We are a close team that strive to do our best. Our managers are always supportive and approachable which makes our working environment amazing. There is always room to grow within the team amongst all the terminals. So many of our team members have been with us for years and to this day, they will say that they continue to learn and grow at our Harrods Airport boutiques.
