Becoming a Head of Strategic Customer Partnerships with Travel & Events:

You will lead a team who represent the entire range of Capita Travel & Events, value proposition, products and services, whilst leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring our customers’ needs and expectations are met by Capita Travel & Events.

You will drive the retention and growth of our largest and most profitable customer partnerships.

This role can be based in Derby, Swindon, Taunton, York, Stockport, London or can be Home Based.

What you will do:


Leading, coaching and developing a high performing team of Account Managers


Responsible for the retention and growth of our largest and most profitable customer partnerships


Lead commercial understanding, practices & direction across Strategic Customers to increase profitability


Creating and delivering recognisable value to customers


Establishes productive, professional relationships with key senior personnel across customer base

Your experience will include:

* Experience within the travel and events industry sector
* Strategic account management or new business sales experience within a business-to business sales environment.
* Experience of leading, coaching and developing a team
* Results driven and enthusiasm
* Flexible to travel UK and Internationally
