As the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for the overall growth of business revenue. With responsibility for developing key growth strategies, building relationships and understanding customer needs, to managing the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business.

The Successful Applicant will have;
- Strong, relevant sales, marketing and management background and experience working at a digital, ecommerce consultancy / agency
- Strong online/digital experience - understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, fulfilment etc.
- Develop and execute the strategic plan to achieve respective sales targets
- Understand industry landscape and identify opportunities to reach new market segments / expand market share
- Co-ordinate sales and marketing activity/initiatives to achieve business objectives on time and within budget
- Evolve the marketing strategy across brand, digital and communications, to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and loyalty
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategy - across campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR
- Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
