Better Placed are delighted to be recruiting a Head of Sales position with a leader in the later life services industry in the North West. With private equity backing, this is one of a number of key appointments to help drive the next phase of growth in what is a 'boom' phase for this company.
You will ideally be a leader in sales with experience in Estate Planning And/Or Will Writing and it is essential that you have experience in leading a sales team. As Head of Sales you will be responsible for managing a team of c. 10 direct sales individuals who are all based internally which means you will be expected to be in the office c. 3 days per week and more in the early stages of this role.
With some exciting projects on the horizon, you will have a lot of ownership and responsibility from day one including devising new market strategies and developing a field-based team. As a company that is investing heavily in staff over the next 3 years, you will have plenty of room for development and upwards progression.
Key experience and skills required
