Experience selling political/economic research (not just data) into blue-chip and/or government clients is essential.

As a Head of Sales / Sales Manager you will have a demonstrable track record of both business development and strategic account management.

You will be responsible for setting the company's strategy, delivering profitable sales growth, and providing inspirational leadership. You will be a highly driven strategic thinker with a passion for international relations

Key Competencies and Characteristics:

  • A strategic thinker that is big on execution
  • Degree educated
  • Has an understanding of subscription based and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Has international sales experience and can demonstrate success
  • Ability to lead, coach and mentor others
  • Lack of ego
  • Analytical - seeks to understand results and outcomes
  • Able to think strategically about business outcomes and what is required for success
  • Able to collaborate with and get the best out of colleagues
  • Assertive without being abrasive. Able to keep all members of the team on track.
  • Superb communication skills; written, listening, presenting, speaking
