The Role: The new Head of Sales will be responsible for a specialist team of Key Account Managers, tasked with managing a portfolio of existing end user accounts within the facilities management sector. This purpose of this senior sales position is to lead a team of sales professionals adept at strategic growth of existing spending accounts.


The Company: This is one of Europe's leading distributors, providing a vast range of health and safety products, workwear, PPE, tools and sundries. Firmly established as the name within the UK market, they are seeing significant growth across Europe - this blue-chip organisation is keen to appoint a new Head of Sales to join and lead a sales team in this vertical market of FM.


For this Head of Sales (Facilities Management) position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Managed a field sales team in business to business selling
  • You will have evidence of success in building, coaching, and developing a sales team
  • Ideally you will have had P&L responsibility
  • Corporate, well trained, inspirational Sales Managers are desired
