Sales Manager - Education Management Software
Parago Software has developed the leading Asset & Estates Management SAAS solution for education, which incorporates IT & Inventory, Premises & Compliance, and another eight associated modules. We have 2,000 customers mainly in the UK, but also in the US and worldwide. Our sales have seen consistent growth since we started in 2010, with an excellent customer retention level.
We are a 24 strong team of ex graduate internal and external sales, finance, support and development staff based in Reading. We require a Sales Manager who has been selling and leading a technology sales team, preferably to the education sector. You will need to be within daily commutable distance of Reading, but applicants will be supporting consultants across England.
Your role will be leading the sales team by example, whilst helping our sales trainees and consultants improve their selling skills. This is likely to only be your second sales management/leadership position, and you are looking to build on your experience to date. You will still be selling directly to customers in this and your current role. Our software has a high technical specification, and you will need to learn the system fully to be able to carry out the role successfully. You will be instrumental in helping the company through its next five years of growth. We have now expanded to the US, and intend to grow our business in British Schools across the world.
