My client are a very innovative and forward thinking company, who are looking to re-shape the way traditional estate agents work. This role would suit someone who wants to get in early with a company who are touching the tip of their potential, and have strong growth plans in place.

Description

The responsibilities of the Head of Sales are:

  • To Manage the current team
  • To review the current team and structure
  • To make suitable suggestions for any changes in structure required
  • To assist in growing the team
  • To forge strong relationships with the referral team.
  • To ensure as many suitable listings as possible
  • To negotiate with sellers where necessary
  • To negotiate with buyers where necessary
  • To ensure maximum efficiency throughout the business including costs
  • To work closely with the marketing team and provide suitable feedback on leads
  • To ensure best level of customer service possible

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 7 years within sales
  • Significant experience in both managing and growing a sales team
  • Exceptional understanding of the residential sale process
  • The ability to work under pressure and exceed targets
  • The ability to provide commercial input and creative ideas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including being able to represent the organisation externally.
  • The ability to motivate a team
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills with a proven track record
  • Ability to compile and report at a senior level

Job Offer

On offer for the right Head of Sales;

  • Basic £30,000
  • OTE £150,000 +
