Salary – OTE c£100,000 pa (basic salary c£80k, plus car allowance of £5055 pa plus bonus of £25 per legal completion)

We have a brilliant opportunity for you to join us as Head of Sales and deliver our new homes sales targets across our shared ownership, outright sale and other direct sales products, generating profit to support our affordable homes programme. This is a unique opportunity to shape this brand new role and really make your mark, leading and inspiring our national sales team to smash sales targets across a significant sales programme (currently around c700 homes this year), generating growth and profit. You’ll be ensuring that an excellent offer for our customers and communities always lies at the heart of delivery.
You’ll work collaboratively with your team and colleagues across Development to influence build programmes that reflect customer insight and minimise aged stock. You’ll use market insights to develop innovative sales approaches, set stretching and viable targets and develop strategies to ensure continued success. You’ll also continue to embed our new CRM to better understand and drive conversion rates. Operating under both our Home Group brand and newly established private sales brand Persona at your persona homes(.com) , you’ll have the opportunity to lead your team in selling a range of homes from affordable apartments to luxury homes, on an outright sale and shared ownership basis. In doing so you’ll be helping hundreds of people get onto and move up the property ladder. How brilliant is that!

It goes without saying that you’ll have extensive sales experience in a comparable role, with exposure to a wide range of development models including multi-tender, joint ventures, outright sales and shared ownership. You’ll be an expert in interpreting, evaluating and presenting analytics to develop and inform strategies as well as maximising selling prices and creating value whilst maintaining challenging sales rates. You’ll really impress us with your credibility in your sector, proven skills to lead accelerate growth, drive continuous improvements and innovation. You’ll also have a win-win mentality and be able to unleash the potential of others, making it a great place to work for our colleagues. Previous experience in new homes sales is desirable, but more importantly we are looking for you to have substantial experience in complex sales.
