Head of EU Programmatic Partner Managers

The Amazon Demand Side Platform (DSP) employs its programmatic technology to deliver personalized ads across Amazon’s portfolio of owned and operated web and mobile properties as well as a network of third-party sites and apps. Amazon DSP leverages Amazon’s scale and unrivaled customer data to deliver results for top-tier brands globally. As Head of the EU PPM (Programmatic Partnership Manager) teams, you will report to the Global Director of Programmatic Sales and use your strong experience selling or building advertising solutions to grow revenue for the Amazon Advertising Platform. You will lead a global team of Programmatic Partner Managers who will lead conversations with advertisers and agencies who would benefit from Amazon DSP’s advertising solutions. You will work with Seattle-based product teams to improve existing offerings and develop new products. As a proven sales leader and self-starter with strong interpersonal, relationship-building and analytical skills, you will play a key role in making the Amazon DSP a leader in the programmatic space.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree
· Strong digital ad sales experience for an advertising technology company
· Demonstrated ability to close sales and generate revenue
· Strong analytical skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Talent at explaining complex topics in simple terms
· Strong team leader
· Proven ability to attract top talent and develop direct reports

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven DSP/ad network sales management experience
· Experience selling nascent products and/or services
· Experience building high-velocity ad products
· Operations, account management, or analytics experience
· Experience leading large international sales teams
· Salesforce experience
