The Role: This innovative company are looking to bring on an experienced salesperson to take the role of Head of Delegate Sales. The individual will be tasked with developing strategies to drive up revenue and manage KPIs to maximise team performance. Given full autonomy, the Head of Sales will benefit from steering the sales process and encouraging growth across the business. Ensuring high quality performance is being upheld and developing the team through coaching and training; the position would suit a proactive individual with industry expertise.
