Basic to £55,000 + OTE £90,000 Plus uncapped + Car allowance and benefits package.
As the primary Sales Leader within a fast-growing and entrepreneurial organisation, this is a strategic sales management role with key account development responsibilities. As the Head of Sales, you will devise your sales and growth strategy and act as the lead in managing and securing National Accounts.
The solution is a unique combination of technology whose primary function is to improve residents quality of life, help to manage costs, improve profitability, reduce wastage, decrease admin and paperwork and overall accelerate efficiency in the running of residential children's care homes, care homes, private hospitals, community housing and so forth.
To apply you will have current experience selling products or solutions into the care homes sector. You will be familiar with the major care home groups and immediately know who to approach within them to initiate a dialogue.
