Head of Business Development role looking after the NHS, the successful candidate will need to have a deep understanding of the NHS with people management experience
Our client is a longstanding leading provider of providing the NHS with their temporary recruitment needs, they have been established since the early 2000's and are now the national branded managed service. The business has seen some positives changes of late with brand new offices opening in the next 6 months and a significant growth on their existing sales team.
The job holder will qualify new leads, engage with potential new clients, generate and qualify a pipeline, produce proposals, undertake presentations and manage the negotiation processes involved in successfully delivering new contracts with the NHS. Networking within NHS organisations and through exhibitions and conferences to build a strong presence within the south region. The candidate will also be responsible for the line management of the Business Development Managers within thier region.
