Group Protection Administrator

About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Group Protection Administrator to join our vibrant office in the city centre of Norwich.

Group Protection is made up of different products including: Group Life, Group Income Protection and Group Critical Illness.

You will be providing excellent customer service to our clients, through answering queries, processing scheme renewals and working to maintain the quality of our clients accounts.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our panel of intermediaries to help us retain our existing portfolio of business and contribute towards winning new business.

Working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday.

We operate flexible hours around this where additional hours can be accrued and allow for time off around our core hours of 10-4.

You will Need to display problem resolution skills, good telephone techniques, numeracy, literacy and communication skills

Essential Skills and Knowledge

* Experience in providing excellent customer service
* Willing to challenge the way things are done and offer solutions
* Seeks and provides constructive feedback for own and others to develop
* Positive about change and willing to adapt
* Excellent skills with Microsoft applications (especially Excel)
