This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven administrator to join the Pension team, based in One Park Place.

You will be a member in a team of nine people and will have a portfolio of schemes to look after.

Working as part of a team as well as on your own initiative you will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers on group pension products within service level agreements and quality standards. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are adhered to and implemented in all areas of work as well as suggesting and implementing improvements to existing processes and procedures that will ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.

Duties & Responsibilities


All aspects of administration of unit linked group pension schemes


Responding to service demands of Brokers, Employers and Trustees


You will build relationships with Brokers and Schemes as well as other teams to deliver outstanding service


Protecting customers and Aviva by ensuring that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met


Deal with customer complaints by knowing and following our complaints processes


Prioritise and manage work queue to meet varying needs of your team and our customers


Work closely with other members of the team and offer support as needed


Support and improve the way we work by challenging the status quo

Skills & Experience required


Great interpersonal and customer service skills


Group Pensions / Protection administration experience


Experience of L400, Service Monitor or similar mainframes


Full or part qualified QFA


Good organisation, problems solving and decision-making skills


Strong verbal and written skills


Strong Office system skills especially Excel


Attention to detail and an aptitude for numeracy is particularly desirable
