Group Account Director - Education

Elevation Recruitment are looking for an experienced Sales & People leader with experience of sales into the education sector. You will own a number of key accounts personally and lead the Account team across the UK, enabling continued revenue growth across all strategic accounts, with primary focus around Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) both in the UK and Internationally.

Key Areas:

*Achieving agreed revenue targets (personally and via the team), pipeline reporting and forecasting
*Building commercially astute and innovative solutions for key accounts
*Building and maintaining ongoing strategic C level and/or C-Level -1 customer relationships across the customer organisation
*Identifying opportunities to grow new business revenue streams with existing clients.
*Manage a dynamic and robust ROI history to support the renewal and retention of the key accounts.
*Forecasting and tracking client account metrics.
*Coaching and developing the Strategic Accounts team.
*Work with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns and content that resonates with key accounts.
*Working as a member of the leadership team within the sales function, helping to shape and implement business change in line with the wider group strategy.

What specific technical knowledge and competencies does the Job Holder require?

*A track record of successful selling at Major Account level.
*Previous experience selling SaaS Solutions would be preferable
*Strong Relationship Management skills and ability to communicate and influence at C-level -1
*A proven background of selling solutions into the Education Sector is essential, with an understanding of the key challenges and motivators within the sector.
*Strong coach - tangible evidence of developing team members in sales methodology and strategic account management
